An Incredible 1989 Guild JF3012BLD Acoustic Electric 12 String Guitar
with a Brand New Hard Shell Case....the top of the line for Guild 12
string Guitars and this one is terrific....

The JF30 is Guild's top of the line Maple Jumbo 12 string… The JF30 has all
solid Maple back and sides with select AAA solid spruce top. The Rosewood
fretboard and bridge are in fine shape. Check out the flame on the back of the
guitar and the back of the neck…WOW..beautiful Maple…Really cool Gold Grover Tuners, original nut, bridge and pickguard... The White full body
bindings have burnished to a really cool golden amber look. The look beautiful
and are all nice and tight to the body. The guitar is X-braced and comes with a
Brand New Guardian Hard Shell Case.
The guitar has a 17 inch wide lower bout and its 44 inches tall. It has a 25
½ inch scale neck and the nut measures a full 1 7/8 inches. Well played but
beautiful!!
This guitar has been around…as you probably noticed. You will not show up
with your buddies looking like an amateur with this beauty. Lots of finish
crazing on the top. We repaired a crack at the bass side of the upper bout. It
had extended into the sound hole which we glued and cleated properly. See pic 5..  It has
lots of wear from heavy strumming. See pic 4... Check out the cool spruce patch on the
lower bout. I have never seen that and love how it looks. Gives this guitar a
cool look that you don’t ever see…Neat repair of some crack or bang I’ll
assume. See pic 6 .. The original frets have some pitting, but still plenty of life left in them. See pic 7...
The guitar is now Professionally setup with nice low playing action with a
new set of light gauge Phosphorus Bronze Strings. Our Tech did a great job. He
repaired the top crack, see pic.. as well as re-gluing the bridge. It was
pulling up so we removed it and had it re-glued. Its solid now…See pic 3..
The guitar is large
and in charge. Great voice that will command when strummed hard yet sweet when
needed. I love playing this cool 12!
It has a very expensive LR Baggs Electronics Preamp system installed. It
sounds great. I use a LR Baggs in my acoustic Gibson and love it. This one has
the extra sensor attached to the underside of the bridge as well as the Piezo that’s
under the saddle. It sounds and works great!
We didn’t get the original case with this one. I would suspect, given the
amount of wear on the guitar, the case was probably shot. Jumbo Hard Shell Cases
are very elusive. Fortunately we had put in an order for several before all the
cases disappeared. We are shipping this beauty in the shown Brand New Guardian
Hard Shell Case…A terrific case for your really cool Guild Jumbo 12 String
Guitar...
It is made in Westerly Rhode Island right here in the USA...If you
are buying a Guild, you will be very happy you got this USA 12 String Jumbo... An
awesome guitar .... Some lucky Guitar Player is going to be very
happy when they get this one..
